– Dreamy Creamy Pumpkin cake: We roast the organic Kabocha pumpkin to make out own puree, which adds nuttier(almost like chestnut-ty) flavor with creamy texture to our signature pumpkin mousse filling. The cake is dressed with triple spice whipped cream icing for the festive finish!
– Maple Pecan Walnut Pie: We combine two kinds of nuts, pecan and walnut, for extra nuttiness, using no corn-syrup recipe with our 100% whole-wheat pie crust. Haven’t you thought the pecan pie was always too sweet? Maple syrup reduces the amount of sugar needed for balanced sweetness and gives beautiful flavor and texture to our modern version of pecan pie. Gluten free version (baked in our rice, millet & flaxseed meal crust) available upon request.
– Triple color Holiday Cookie box: A dozen of our seasonal cookies in a box, perfect for a little holiday gift. Triple spice ginger cookies, Cranberry Citrus shortbread (egg-free), and Matcha Green tea shortbread.
